• Demos: The Company does not accept unsolicited material and is not responsible for any similarities between unsolicited submissions and future Artiverse projects.

• Agreements: Any professional services provided (DSP distribution, coaching, etc.) are subject to separate, written contracts signed by both parties.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including audio, video, graphics, and the "Artimus Wolz" and "Artiverse" branding—is the property of Artiverse Media LLC or its licensors.

• Limited License: Users are granted a limited license to stream content for personal use. You may not download, redistribute, or sample any audio on this site without express written permission.

4. Third-Party Services (DSPs & Distribution)

The Company utilizes third-party distributors (e.g., DistroKid) and Digital Service Providers (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music). You acknowledge that The Company is not responsible for the technical uptime or royalty reporting delays of these external platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability (The "Heat" Shield)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artiverse Media LLC and its officers (including Artimus Wolz) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or our distribution admin services.
